Although this is admitadely because i only work out like 3 times a week as opposed to my goal of 5 times. I think the problem is that i ate really bad over the past few months due to stress. I&#8217;m gonna start eating more healthy. I just need more dedication. I&#8217;m just gonna keep at the sit ups and push ups and jogs around the neighborhood and hope I see slight results in 2 weeks. If I don&#8217;t see improvement by then then I&#8217;ll change things up.
